2026 CONFERENCE & ROADEO

VENDOR EXHIBITS

We have sponsorship opportunities for you to gain additional exposure and to support the URSTA organization. Sponsors will need to provide the signage, handouts, and logo to support their sponsorship. Vendor Exhibits will receive their name and logo on conference agenda, recognition in newsletter/website, and verbal recognition at the sponsored event. Deadline for registration is August 21, 2026, for both conference registration and hotel reservations.

Your vendor registration will include meals provided at the conference. Vendor Exhibit setup can begin as early as Wednesday, September 23rd at 9:00 AM. The exhibits will be open to attendees starting at 11:00 AM on September 23rd and will continue until 1:00 PM on Friday, September 25th. Exhibits will be displayed outside the main conference meeting room and will have an 8 foot table available for your use. Should you need any additional items such as linens or power, please contact the Kristi Wilson with the Carbon County Event Center at kristi.wilson@carbon.utah.gov.

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS:
Great sponsors help elevate our conference experience by creating memorable moments for attendees while aligning their brand with a high-quality professional event. We offer a range of sponsorship opportunities to fit different goals and budgets:

• $650 Break Sponsor: Support one of our drink and treat breaks—an ideal time for networking and swag distribution. Sponsors can add their branding to the setup with a custom tablecloth or drape.

• $3,000 Workshop Sponsor: Align your brand with one of our scheduled workshops. This sponsorship supports existing sessions and includes recognition in event materials.

• $3,500 Dinner Sponsor: Leave a lasting impression by sponsoring our attendee dinner—an evening of good food, great company, and valuable conversations.

• $3,500 Attendee Lounge Sponsor: Create a branded experience with a themed lounge in our vendor hall. Choose from options like a smoothie bar, massage therapist area, tech charging/refresh zone, snack bar, or coffee/tea lounge.

• $5,000 Big Night Out Sponsor: Be the name behind our signature social event. Includes branding opportunities and the chance to engage with attendees in a relaxed, celebratory setting.

• $5,000 Keynote Sponsor: Gain prime visibility with on-stage branding during a keynote session and the opportunity to give a 5-minute pitch or presentation to our full audience.
