GENERAL INFORMATION

Registration

To register please submit the online Registration Form on the right. Upon registration, URSTA will send your an invoice. At this time, URSTA can only accept checks.

Vendor Registration Fees:

  • Indoor Booth - $200.00

  • Outdoor Vehicle - $200.00

  • Indoor & Outdoor Vehicle - $250.00

Accommodations

The URSTA Fall 2019 Conference & Roadeo will be held at the Provo Marriott at 101 West 100 North, Provo, Utah. The conference hotel will feature an indoor exhibit area that will allow attendees to view your products and services in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. A room block has been set up at a special conference rate of $85.00 per night. Reservations can be made online by CLICKING HERE . Please make your reservations by the room block release date of August 15, 2019. This rate does not include taxes or surcharges.

Vendor Show

The vendor show will be held Friday, September 6th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The vendor show will include dinner. You can set up your vendor booth starting at 9:00 AM on Friday, September 6th.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We have sponsorship opportunities for you to gain additional exposure and to support the URSTA organization. Sponsors will need to provide the signage, handouts and logo to support their sponsorship.

All conferences sponsors receive:

  • Name on vendor thank you sign

  • Name on vendor thank you flyer in registration packets

  • Thank you recognition in newsletter and on website

  • Verbal recognition at the sponsored event

URSTA Break ($200)

  • Independent company signage and representation at break

  • Notation in printed final agenda

Lanyard Name Tags ($400)

  • Logo on name tag

  • Notation in printed final agenda

URSTA Vendor Dinner ($900 or partial $450)

  • Independent Company signage and representation at specific event

  • Notation in printed final agenda

  • Verbal recognition at dinner
